Our client, Mahahanager Gas service provider has managed complex and crucial bill genertaion processes for many years. Their manual process has challenged the business for every day with bill genertaion and management of records from customers, local dealers and third parties. With the exponential growth in digitalization and the need to stand ahead in the competitive market, the client decided to automate its bill genertaion process by developing an application. This app needed to perform end-to-end jobs and connect every user of the bill genertaion process. To address these manual management challenges, we decided to develop an mobile app that would resolve most of the challenges.

However, the business at an early stage understood that there is huge complexity in bill genertaion process in different environments with different systems and manual-handoffs that would create errors and affect customer engagement to a higher extent. Hence, they decided to develop a comprehensive platform that would manage end-to-end processes automatically while the business can concentrate on other core competencies.

Techupai team designed and developed a productive and sustainable bill genertaion system for the client by innovating the process of management and meeting common industry challenges. This devised solution improved the overall function of the process, improving bill genertaion, customer satisfaction and reduced costs. After production, in 2012 this digital product has been distributed by Mahanager gas Ltd. to their all delivery center and distribution points in all over the Maharashtra.
